Participants paying full payment:
Complete Tuition fee must be payable at least 2 weeks before the commencement of the training program. At least 25% of the tuition fee has to be made at the time of confirming your interest for attending the program. Balance fee can be paid in next one week .
Participants choosing monthly payment plan option:
Participants who choose to pay in monthly payment plan option can pay in 6 equal monthly payment plan options. Monthly automatic credit card billing is required. Credit cards accepted for payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB and Diners Club. Billing information will be collected during the registration process to facilitate payment on the service renewal date. A payment receipt will be emailed each billing cycle.
Withdrawls: If you plan to withdraw from the program at anytime for any reason, we do not refund your tuition fee. However, if your tuition is being paid by payment plan, the full amount becomes immediately due and payable.
Refunds: Participants enrolled in the program may cancel at least 31 days before the commencement of the training program and your tuition fee is fully refundable minus the non-refundable cost. If you cancel 15-30 days before, after not less than 14 days prior, you will get 50% refund of the program fee. No refunds shall be possible after 14 days prior to the starting date. Requests for refunds are to be made by written notification by writing to care@cocoweave.ca
Emergencies:. As a practice, we at Cocoweave always try to accommodate absences resulting from emergencies such as severe illness, accidents, etc. However, adjustments are generally quite challenging. Therefore, we will not be in a position to accommodate requests for withdrawals for any other reason, such as work schedule issues, family vacations or personal reasons, etc.
